To meet the temporary needs of the congregation, for
example
transportation to appointments, cards, meals, errands, emergency
situations. |

Homebound
Care |
To minister to those in our congrgation who are homebound through a
visitation program and by means of the service of Holy Communion (to be done in conjunction
with the Pastor). |

Hospitality |
To provide refreshments to the congregation and visitors in order
to encourage fellowship following Sunday worship and at other appropriate times. |

Reaching Out |
To direct and publicize to the congregation the reaching out ministries of Good Shepherd and
the wider Church. For example: the Giving Tree, FISH, Sharing Table. |

Prayer Partners |
To
provide a means of communication prayer needs with members who are willing to seve the church
by praying. |

Flocks
|
To maintain the "Flock" system of Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church,
that is,
attending to the needs of the congregation. |

Open Door |
When members of Good Shepherd are ill
at home or in the hospital. |
| |
Crisis Intervention |
To serve as an intervention in people's lives
when they have needs. That is, emergency situations/needs of our church members, regular
visitors or strangers. |
